Masterchef is a special horchata concentrate for professional use made with 100% Denomination of Origin Valencian tiger nuts (chufa). This is a unique concentrate because it contains 62% tiger nuts, which allows it to preserve all the flavor and nutrients of an authentic Valencian artisan horchata that can be enjoyed anywhere in the world. It is 100% of vegetable origin, free of dairy, gluten colorants, or preservatives. Why concentrated? A higher nut density and lower water content means that it needs minimal pasteurization. This helps preserve all the properties and flavor of freshly pressed horchata. It also means a longer shelf life and up to 5 months in refrigeration once opened. All this is possible thanks to decades of research, development of innovative processes, and specialized equipment. To prepare the horchata, mix 1 part concentrate with 5 parts water.
