This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made of two olive varieties: Picual from the South of Spain and Arbequina from the North-East of Spain. Most of the blends in the market only have a small percentage of Arbequina olives due to its high cost. 50% of OLEA’s blend are Arbequina olives, which is the highest percentage we could find on the market.
