A superior quality olive variety is grown in the region of Seville, Spain. Queen olives are large and oblong with a small, but long pit. The size of these olives is the biggest available in its variety, having 80 to 90 olives per kilogram. They are available in two preparations: with pit and without. The pitted queen olives are the perfect addition to cocktails.
