This wine vinegar is made with muscatel wine from the Mediterranean muscat grapes variety. The muscat grapes are very famous in Spain for their sweetness and are used for table consumption as well to produce a traditional Catalan dessert wine, “Moscatell”. It is a smooth, bittersweet vinegar with a characteristical golden color, and a touch of sophistication.
