This vinegar is produced in the region of Priorat in Catalunya, Spain. The exlusive red grapes of Garnatxa variety are used to make the vinegar. It is aged in oak barrels for more than seven years. The Garnacha grapes ripen late, so it needs hot and dry conditions such as those found in the North-East of Spain and in the South of France. It is a 100% natural product.
