An exquisite purple bittersweet wine vinegar with a very intense bouquet. Elegant, sweet palate with hints of blackberry, raspberry, and violet. Enriched with toasted notes picked up during the 12 months of ageing in french oak barrels. It is produced in the region of Priorato in Catalonia, Spain, using exclusively the red grapes of the Garnatxa variety.
